Was a great stay for several nights in the Providence area. I did touchless check in and out so I never interacted with the staff, but all was in place as it should be. Clean, nice property, and parking across the street. Would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

Everything was great! Room was clean, bright and tastefully decorated! Shower head/pressure was great! Mornings were quiet and pleasant, and the restaurant downstairs was excellent with an amazing and helpful staff. The stafff at the front desk was friendly and helpful! Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. My only negative feedback is when I received my final invoice I was charged $12/day for valet service they do not provide. When I questioned the charge I was told I should have been charged $12/day for self parking instead. This was a surprise since it was never mentioned and parking is in an unsecured lot across the street.

The hotel was nice. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. It was in a good location to get to the city within a quick drive. I didn’t love that parking was across the street and you had to pay $10 a day for it.
