"Loved our stay! Staff was friendly. The food downstairs was delicious!!! Only one minor hiccup, we found a pair of shorts and men’s underwear in our room when we checked in. I just threw them out. Mistakes happen but overall we enjoyed our stay in Chicago"

"The room that we got was very rundown for a premium suite. When we asked the front desk about the condition of the room, we were told that it was normal and all of the rooms were like that. On the second evening, we were locked out of room and security came to let us in saying that it was a glitch with the door. On our last day, security woke us up (two adults, two toddlers, and a 7 year old) by banging on the door saying the front desk sent them up there to request we go to the front desk. They...

"We stayed here for the room rate and attached parking since we drove to Chicago. This is also a great location. Our beds were comfortable. I wish they would remove the carpeting. It’s old and has a little smell. The deodorizers they use don’t help! Overall, the room was clean but don’t like that carpet in the room and hallway."
