"The property was great. We had beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Breakfast by Alfredo was delicious and he also serve as our valet and helped with our luggage to our car down the stairs. I did not realize how many stairs there were to get to the building. The only thing I disliked was the faucet in the bathroom. It made a mess. It was unique but made it difficult to wash face and brush teeth. Overall it was beautiful. Suzanna was fantastic."

The location is also amazing and so central, made travelling to different locations really easy aswell as exploring Bellagio itself"

"Spacious room in a perfect location! Short flat walk from the ferry dock, and 5-10 min slightly downhill walk from the train station. Great air conditioning, even kept up during the heat wave while we were there. Didn’t purchase the add-on for breakfast, but did stop by the cafe located in the ground floor of the building for coffee every day. Nicely appointed room with lots of space."

"Stunning location & comfortable rooms. Tip: it is better if you have your own car but there is a bus stop just outside the door. Friendly staff but disappointing there was no water or tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. Also our air conditioner wasn’t working for the first 48 hours which, during a hot spell, made one room uncomfortable."
