"We were never helped with the luggage to begin with. At the time of our arrival the entire corridor was being cleaned to it made it hard to get access to our room. Paris was going through an extreme heat wave yet the room temperature and acs didnt seem to work. On the last night we lost power in the night a were abruptly awaken drenched in sweat. We were forced to leave the property early as it was unbearably hot. The elevators were down and it was absolutely dark and hot. Once again no one...

"very clean room and nice staff! We left our luggages at the front desk in the morning of check-in day, pleasantly surprised that our luggages were carried to our room when we came back to pick up the keys. Room size as expected for Paris downtown. Overall very nice and cute hotel."

"Super location - we walked EVERYWHERE inc Eiffel Tower (60 mins along Seine) Louvre (15 - 20 mins) Notre-Dame (10 - 15 mins) Montmartre (60 mins) also easy for metro - get on/off at Les Halles for direct metro to Gare du Nord & Eurostar. Super shopping area outside hotel. We had quiet room at back - room 503. Also lovely pool in basement - warm water and quiet. Breakfast easy - egg options and plenty juice / croissants / muesli etc"
