"This is an older Best Western but it was very clean and most people are very friendly. Walls are thin and my son and I got two complaints around 8:30pm about my son walking to loud. I felt like he couldn’t walk around because of the person under us. Not really complaining it was just frustrating."

"When we arrived our Expedia reservation had not transferred over to the hotel. The staff kept saying it was a computer issue on their end. They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. Never again."
