The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). "Staff upon check in was great. Room was clean and smelled great. The shower was nice and spacious but was built bad because a lot of the water drained out into the main bathroom, there was not lip to keep the water in the shower. We had to use all of our towels to soak up the run off in order to not have a slipping issue in the middle of the night. Luckily the towel cart was out that morning so we grabbed a few on the way by. "It was very busy but Kayla was very helpful. She searched the entire hotel for luggage carts but was unable to find us one so my 80 year old aunt and uncle had to carry their own luggage to the 6th floor. Breakfast had great variability but the eggs and potatoes were cold. The Fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM. No explanation or all clear was given or compensation offered."

"1 bedroom suite with balcony. The bedroom door wouldn't close and lock. The door was misaligned. In the tiny bathroom look up at the light it's not seated in the hole. The living room tv had to hard reset to get any channels for my daughter. Unit was spacious and clean. Front desk kinda keeps to themselves which is good for me.
