"This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The biggest issue was the condition of our room. It was clear that housekeeping and maintenance were not up to standard. During our stay, pieces of the bathroom ceiling literally fell into the shower, leaving debris on the shower floor. As a result, we could not safely use the shower. "Great upscale property right in the middle of Times Square close walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee (starbucks). It had the upscale feel. Friendly staff esp luggage storage was a huge plus. The rooms were and clean and had been remodeled and had an upscale look. However, there was absolutely no water pressure in the shower - it was just a trickle. Since we stayed only one night, we did not complain. This has to be fixed - otherwise, I don't see us staying here again."

"This is a small boutique hotel right near Times Square. It’s on a quiet street but right near all the fun things in NYC. The staff at the front desk are all attentive and helpful.
