"the manager, Jamie, was very rude to us. The check-in process was a disaster, with the staff not being able to promptly handle even a modest line of clients (three couples, including us. The staff also never told us that there was major construction works going on. Terrible stay !"

"Pagué el desayuno incluido para tres personas y cuando llegue me encuentro con q es una cafetería donde tienes crédito por 30 dólares por persona, la comida super mala, no encuentras nada nutritivo todo pre congelado solamente lo calientan y si no gastas por completo los 30 dólares no te regresan nada de dinero así es q no te queda otra opción más que comprar cosas que no quieres no necesitas, para el costo y nivel del hotel espero un restaurante a la altura de su precio"

"Really nice rooms, staff is awesome. The restaurant/bar is awful. You can't get a nice breakfast at the hotel or even good food. Other than that, I really had a wonderful time and will be coming back to this same hotel. I loved the ambience and the location."

"Hotel was spotless. Very well located. Very attentive staff throughout! Good size rooms, modern bathroom with great shower. The bedding was very comfortable. All in all great choice to stay in Times Square! The only caveat is the breakfast: the only available option feels like a fast food chain. Other than that, everything was great! Would highly recommend!"

"I think that radio city apartments are very well situated to explore Times Square and the surrounding area on foot. The apartment was spacious by New York City standards altho of course that made it more expensive "

"Hotel was great and good breakfast"

"Ac not working. We managed to get a fan for our room but it was still 78F/26C and humid. Ended up getting a partial refund through Expedia but I feel like the hotel could have done more to ensure guest comfort (cold water bottles, more fans, etc)"

"Room was spacious and comfortable. It would have been best if I was told the hotel was under renovation as there were workers making noise in my window at 8am. I changed rooms and then was able to sleep. Staff was helpful in finding a new room and gave me a late check out to compensate for the noise. Very convenient location. Was able to walk to every meeting and the hotel is centrally located in Times Square."

"The perfect little room for our NYC adventure! Room was clean and well furnished. The bathroom was large for NYC and the shower always had HOT water! Staff was friendly. Check in and out was so easy. And you can't beat the location. About a 5 min walk to the nearest station but you get to experience Radio City Music Hall and 30 Rock up close! HIGHLY recommend and will be staying here again! "

"Absolutely ideal location in the theater district. The hotel lobby and the rooms are charming, a little bit funky (in a good way) and don’t have a “chain hotel” vibe. An excellent, non-buffet breakfast was included at a delightful restaurant that is immediately proximate to the lobby. The staff were warm, helpful, receptive, and personable. I would be delighted to stay here again."
