"This stay was disappointing from check-in throughout. At check in we learned they didn't have the room we'd requested to accommodate 3 adults so they agreed to send a roll-away. Nearly 5 hours (and 4 phone calls and 2 trips to speak to the front desk) someone send they'd send blankets so the 3rd adult could sleep on the floor. "We had a great stay at the Coachman Hotel in South Lake Tahoe. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff worked hard to make sure guests had everything they needed.

"Very good location with private beach. Property is old and needs updates. No AC but they provide pedal fans in room. No locker box in room but you can use one at the reception.
