"Unfortunately we felt very unwelcome by Victoria. She was rude to us and rude to colleague. She also gave us our suitcase with somebody else’s bag hooked onto it. In the incorrect hands this could have ended badly!!
For this reason we would return back to hotel and wouldn’t recommend to friends and families.
The room was ok for our short stay."

"Nice not having to use a booking number but just using your name. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Excellent location for theatres and excellent restaurants. Very useful to be able to store your case before you actually book in and all day after you book out."

"Location is the BEST!!!! AC not working so well but it was a hot September days. We requested for a fan and the fan was ok but the AC is not cold enough they send someone asap to fix the problem they follow up too if your concerns are resolved. They have footies but you have to ask. Tesco is close.KFC,Coffee shop and tube. Walkable to Kensington south. We have fridge we never used but it would be nice to have a microwave or better yet Airfryer. I am not giving perfect score on my review coz it’s...

"Lovely staff we came across; check in staff, concierge, luggage facilities. The check in staff were particularly helpful and upgraded us to a studio room. The bed was really comfortable, the room quiet with excellent amenities. When we checked out the member of staff was particularly helpful looking to see if a travel card I had lost had been recorded as found on the system or in the back office. The night staff were more dismissive. Will definitely return."

"The staff are friendly and professional, breakfast options were very good. The main criticism I have is the room was far too small with poor storage, and my upgraded balcony was unusable so a waste of money. I shall not stay there again because of the room, but if you are traveling on your own for 1 or 2 days, with a requirement to be close to the city then it’s fine"
