"We stayed here for only one night but it was so cosy and clean, we really enjoyed it. We were celebrating our engagement and the host upgraded our room to a lake view to congratulate us. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was big and spotless. The hosts were very friendly and tried to make everything as hassle-free as possible and offered to book us a table at the onsite restaurant. "Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Well it’ looked so beautiful nestled between mountains peaks topped with snow I was emotionally moved when I walked in my suite Balconies with tables and chairs Amazing views of the forest clad grounds and enormous pool which was the real highlight of the hotel It was run by hot mineral waters from under the earth at a bath warm 85 degrees The restaurant offers great buffet breakfast lunch and dinner The only thing missing in this dream place was a Unicorn "
