The Tuscany was great and a pleasant surprise. Everything about it is spotless and immaculate in a first class sort of way with reasonable prices just off the Strip. A perfect stay and distance for a show at the SPHERE or a walk to the strip. Great bar and restaurant on site, and a perfect little coffee shop in the morning that beats looking around for a Starbucks. We’ll be back…

The staff were very helpful. We were traveling with a wheelchair and walker and everyone went out of their way to help. The first room had a heating problem and we were quickly moved to another room closer to the hotel entrance/casino. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet.

Little ants in the room. Our cofee machine, where you add water had what looked like spit or like mold floating inside. At check in the girl looked like she hated her job and all who were checking in. Not feiendly at all. Not even a fake smile, even after i tried making conversation with her. Pool area was really nice.

Tuscany Suites & Casino was a nice place to stay. The grounds and facilities were clean and well maintained. The building is older but they have made great efforts to keep the Tuscany theme through out. The house bands in the evenings at the bar were fun. We didn't attend a show in The Copa as I felt the price over over $100 per person was too high for a tribute band. The casino has all of the updated games, although if you want machines that pay bigger you will need to go to a bigger casino. The issue I had was with check in. I checked in online through Expedia for 1pm but when I got there I was told that I couldn't check in until 3. I came back at 3 and my room was still not ready and was rudely reminded that check in was between 3-5 and they had until 5 to give me a room. I asked if there was another room available and she clicked a few buttons on the computer and told me one just opened up. I had also asked if there was an indoor pool as I was visiting in January and was told that I could enjoy the lap pool---that is out side. Not a bad stay over all - there are some good food deals although I would caution against having breakfast at the coffee shop. It is very busy and all of the staff treat you as though you are a bother.
