Loud HVAC’s and I was put next to their maintenance/tech room. Thin walls, and barking dogs left unattended in the room next door. Will not return to this establishment. Staff was very friendly.

I wish I got her name! The check in "clerk" was so helpful. We needed directions to a venue by not taking the interstate. She wrote some directions on a sticky note, but when we left for our concert, she stopped us and gave us a print out with the precise directions. It was amazing someone would go to such lengths to help a customer. Thank you from the both of us.

Zachary is 19 and traveling alone. An earlier phone call to the hotel front desk and talking to a real person on this same day said you just had to be 18 to check in. When going to check in, told you have to be 21 to check in. Couldn't find it on the web site or Expedia site. Now comes the trouble of getting money back because it was paid through Expedia. Absolutely horrible experience.

They need to fix the shower. It’s impossible to pull the knob out to go from shower to bath. A man from front desk used pliers to pop it out and says he does this 2-3 times per day. He rigged up a wire so we could do it. Also, the plug ins and USB on table by the bed did not work. So had to plug in phone across the room so couldn’t see what time it was in middle of the night. Otherwise great hotel. Very clean, friendly staff

We ended up at this hotel after leaving one nearby that was terrible. The front desk agent even upgraded us for free after telling her about our ordeal. This property was very clean, quiet, and not overcrowded. 10/10 experience.
