"The Israelite Church of God in Christ holy convocation to proclaim the "Lord's Passover". All went as planned. The wait for checking in was a bit long due to many people waiting to check in. Staff was professional and friendly. The room was very clean and nice view of the river. Check-in desk, slot machines, ATMs, and a bar can be seen as you come through the main entrance. The hotel has valet parking and bellhops. The parking garage is across the street should you want to park your vehicle. The hotel is very large with wide passageways leading to other parts of the hotel. I hope we book this hotel again."

"I never checked in, and was being given the run around to cancel / reschedule.I booked the wrong dates and attempted to cancel the change it I kept being told they were able to do it. I need to go to Expedia and Expedia told me the hotel had to do it."

"For the stay there was NO HOT WATER. Waffle machine was NOT WORKING, so the breakfast was ruined. If I knew the condition at the hotel I would cancel and go somewhere else. It was dishonest that NO ONE inform us that there was NOT HOT WATER. "

"Beautiful property, good restaurants. Spa was great, but could use some updating all the staff was wonderful."

"Our room was clean, large and comfortable. The Cleaners came everyday and changed the bedding and towels. The hotel is located in an excellent position just a very short walk to the Broadwalk. The staff were happy and helpful, the only criticisms were, the pool had debris in it, thankfully it was far to cold to swim, and the windows were dirty, in both the reception and the hotel room, first impressions count !"
