me and my girlfriend stayed here for an atlantic city trip and we absolutely loved it, this hotel is a 6 minute walk to the boardwalk and surrounding restaurants

Peaceful Getaway to AC

Great customer service at check in, out, and breakfast staff. No more waffles, but the breakfast offers enough options for you to eat and drink to start your day. The price was worst the accommodation and amenities. You are only a 5 minute or less walk away from the boardwalk. I will stay there again on future visits to AC.

The room was okay. The TV was old and picture was poor quality. the bathroom could have been cleaner. I think everything is old. Some of the furniture had holes in it and there were stains on the carpet. The staff was great. We did not eat on the premises, don't know that I would do that. It served the purpose of a inexpensive room that we used just to shower and sleep in.

While the staff at this location was easygoing and helpful, the property itself is in desperate need of a renovation. We encountered issues with the toilet and TV in our first room; thankfully, the front desk moved us immediately without resistance. However, the building feels like it’s falling apart—we actually saw debris fall from the ceiling in a hallway, and it remained there until we checked out the next day. While the rooms were technically "clean," the furniture was heavily damaged and dated. The breakfast area was also disappointing; The breakfast drink dispensers looked questionable, so we skipped them. Finally, be aware that parking is not free ($25 fee). We’ve stayed at this chain across the country, but this is definitely their weakest location.

All was satisfactory.This is an aging motel;in obvious need of general upgrade. My mattress was oddly slanted uphill from head to foot.carpets worn and faded. They do a nice job attending to the existing stuff. I like that they do a nice job cleaning! I wonder what it would take to initiate an upgrade...and who would finance it? I doubt many Best western hotels are in this condition......but it's location allows a different standard.

The staff member at check in greeted us, and was very nice. The hallways were clean. The room was dated, and the bathroom was really gross. Mold, hair from previous occupants in the shower, and no hand-soap, shampoo or body wash. The bed was clean and linens laundered. The area surrounding the hotel is not great. Its an easy walk to the board walk and casinos but there were open drug deals happening, and other suspect individuals hanging out near the front door and in the parking lot. Parking was limited - but our car was safe/fine.

Scary part of town, but a clean room

Staff was nice, room was clean, area around hotel was scary. Sometimes, someone who didn't belong in the hotel would wander in. Getting off the elevator in the morning, someone who looked homeless and later was walking the street, wished me a Happy Veteran's Day and Viva Las Vegas, it's September and we are in NJ. Security could have been better.

The stay wasn’t too bad. A remodel would be nice. Hallways to rooms is very small. The area is sketchy. Breakfast was good it’s located on the second floor. Staff were okay rooms could be clean a lot better. Maybe not do white sheets anymore they don’t look clean and it made me not want to sleep on them. But overall served it purpose. Also please make sure all site are advertising the $25 a night parking.

The hotel was average, not terrible...not fabulous...it provided a clean place to stay with parking and breakfast. Staff were friendly.
