"The staff was great, room was perfect and we loved the balcony with the ocean view. We could have sat there all day. Our only complaint is that the chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable. I think they were designed for Admiral General Aladeen's torture chambers!"

"The front desk staff were nice, casino was fun, but the escalator you need to get to the parking garage wasn’t working….with luggage, that was a pain. Great location, Steel Pier is right across the boardwalk. This is definitely one of the nicer properties in Atlantic City."

"Valet was convenient and friendly. Ordered ocean view and barely got the side view of it. Hotel main entrance was clean, but dirty and outdated throughout. Many parts weren’t open. Our “Non-Smoking room” smelled like smoke. Especially the bathroom toilet area. It was nasty smelling!"

"I didn't like anything about the Clarion, it looked like a welfare motel and on top of that I heard another guest complaining about bed bugs. After all of that I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This was the absolute worst place I've ever "ATEMPTED" to stay. This hotel needs to be removed for false advertisement."

"First room, The bathroom was dirty, the phone did not work to call front desk, the beds were dirty and not made up. We had to move. The second room, bed was dirty, fridge was dirty, bathroom was dirty, coffee maker was dirty, TV was not working, lamp was not working. They gave us the wrong room, I booked a walk in shower wheelchair accessible room, we were put in a bathtub room. We had an accident in the room because it was not wheelchair accessible. The third time we moved to the Ac was not...

"went to check in only one person sat on the phone for twenty minutes the. overcharged me for a night that was already paid for get in my room and went to bed I knew I saw bugs and when I got up there were white bugs on the bed I went to get a new room and they were nice about that but discusting zero stars of I could give it"

"Parking at the hotel is a real hassle. You have to park in a small, cramped area under the hotel, where you have to park in front of each other. When you leave, you have to rearrange the cars! Our room was adequate for our needs, but it was very dusty and the sheets were stained when we arrived. Luckily, on the second day, the cleaner changed the sheets without being asked, so they probably noticed the stains too! It served its purpose for the short time we were there."
