"For the stay there was NO HOT WATER. Waffle machine was NOT WORKING, so the breakfast was ruined. If I knew the condition at the hotel I would cancel and go somewhere else. It was dishonest that NO ONE inform us that there was NOT HOT WATER. "

"Front desk gave us the wrong directions to our room and housekeeping rang the doorbell twice at 8 o’clock in the morning when we didn’t have to check out until 11. Very disappointing will not be returning."

"Our room was clean, large and comfortable. The Cleaners came everyday and changed the bedding and towels. The hotel is located in an excellent position just a very short walk to the Broadwalk. The staff were happy and helpful, the only criticisms were, the pool had debris in it, thankfully it was far to cold to swim, and the windows were dirty, in both the reception and the hotel room, first impressions count !"

There was no hair dryer in room the shower was dirty along with the water not get hot only like warm the jettub was horrible when turn on it shot debris an dirt out into the water as if it's never been cleaned the bed was hard an uncomfortable. There was no phone or alarm clock in the room along with no dresser"
