Hotel is amazing. Everything is nice and clean smell flowers everywhere even the population is very quiet respectful they maintain the polite distance. had a great time the smoking rooms even or a smoker are horrible felt like i was dying inhaling all that cigarette smoke but once i went to a non smoking room it was great beautiful hotel not much for kids but still wanted my kids to stay at a nice hotel they loved the pool wasn't much else for the kids but i did enjoy my time there

Clean property clean room but customer service at check in and check out was terrible and the pay for parking option is terrible. The people were hiding in the booth so that they couldn't be seen for peopel that needed help. I don't know if I will ever stay here again, there are many other choices in Atlantic City.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Every person in this hotel has an attitude . The bell woman smacking her gum asking what i need , the valet that walks away saying remarks under their breath about a tip , and the overall staff feels like you’re burdening them by any interaction . Coming from LAS VEGAS , this was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had while paying premium for a top of the line room . Stay anywhere in Atlantic City but here . The hard rock was EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE , stay there instead .

Despise reserving about three months ahead, they told me at the front desk that they didn’t have my room type available and wanted to downgrade my reservation. After some back and forth and consulting with management, all of a sudden they found the type of room I had paid for. Other than that, everything was good.

The hotel was great. Room was clean bathroom was clean staff was attentive and kind. I’m not gonna say anyone was particularly very nice but overall it was a pleasant experience with the staff. The casino was not a good experience. I mean I rarely ever come to a casino and don’t at least win a little bit it was very shall I say dry. Didn’t give me a thrill at all anyway kind of a downer I won’t return because of this. It is too bad too because my husband enjoyed playing in the tournaments and we were thinking of coming back for my daughter‘s 21st birthday but I think we’ll do that somewhere else so she might have a chance to win some money and have some fun.

The property was extremely clean, plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. This was my first time visiting this resort and highly recommend, the Borgata is about 10 miles to the boardwalk.
