"Everything was great. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, the bad was comfy, the fire pit was cozy. My only problem was the breakfast. It wasn’t really a breakfast but more like a snack. There were no hot options. Otherwise everything was great. "

"When I checked in the staff was gone for the day and left my room key at the office mailbox. The room smelled overpoweringly of cleaning supplies and the smoke detector was chirping every minute. The property issued a refund, which I will give them credit for, but the room smelled too powerfully to stay there. Might be a better property during the tourist season when more people are staying there."

Couldn’t have imagined a better view of the ocean, it was magical to see it at sunset, dark and sunrise. "Housekeeper was the loveliest person, I had such pleasant interactions with her both days I was there. It was my first time staying at this hotel but she made me feel like I was a regular, like I was family. That really made the stay special. Beachfront view was magical."

"From check in to check out Jay was phenomenally hospitable. It was a lovely and safe solo stay with my dog. Breakfast was punctual, the room was comfortable and clean, and my dog had everything she needed. While some things were closed for the season, it was still an enjoyable stay. The comfort room in particular was very relaxing. I would definitely choose this resort for future stays in the Cape and recommend it to others."

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily.
