"I only stayed one night, but it was a great stay. This is a really cute boutique hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They have a pool, which I did use while I was there. There’s a nice area out back for guests to use. I recommend this hotel."

"Hallway and room were very musty. A/C in room was filthy, smelt horrible, and could not be used. The bed sloped off to one side and should be replaced. Considered leaving in the middle of the night to find comfortable accommodations."

"The motel is very run down. There were ants in the bathroom and nail clippings next to the bed. There was a gap around the door and a gap around the AC unit, allowing bugs into the room. The room served our purpose, we were only in the room for about 11 hours to sleep after attending a wedding, but I couldn’t imagine staying for several days on vacation."

"Everything was amazing I didn’t realize the view next time would love to get a better room with the view. Breakfast was good nothing hot I would suggest at least waffles and eggs ham and bacon. Staff was magnificent. We will be backkk ! :)"

"Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. "Updated, spacious, easily accessed. Has a pool. Adequate parking. The continental breakfast ran out of eggs. The towels are thin and outdated. Otherwise all else was comfortable and good. "

"The staff member we encountered upon check-in was dismissive, rude and not friendly. She seemed to be annoyed by my party asking if there were any rooms available together. She was annoyed when we asked for an extra set of towels because there were only two sets in the room for 3 guests. The towels themselves were not the most clean. "The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too.
