The food was good and the staff very friendly. The room was generally in good condition. There was no hot water when we arrived and had to be addressed by engineering. The bathroom tub did not drain properly. Hallway smelled like mildue.

Every employee was friendly and helpful. The Beach Bar was wonderful, the Front Lawn fun, and the Ocean Terrace was delicious and beautiful. Our room #226 in the East Wing was clean, large, quiet and beautiful. The only negative was the price - with taxes and fees $725/night.

great get away

very nice. Had to move rooms as the bottom floor can be musty but they did that right away. There was one lady who worked the restaurant inside and out that is a true gem. I wish I could remember her name. Was very impresed with all the staff!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly across the board. They were professional, highly efficient and so welcoming. Alex at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful, friendly and made us feel like special guests. The housekeeping staff was top notch, so kind and professional.
