I saw others struggling with luggage up stairs. I did like the fact they had huge lockers for early arrivals in case room was quite available. My only complaint was the bathroom sink. Very small but after 2 days it was acceptable"

"We really enjoyed the location because it was only a few steps outside of our room to the beach. It is an older hotel but we were fairly comfortable there. Our room was kind of dark and lightbulbs were burnt out in the overhead light and they didnโ€™t have new bulbs on hand. However, we could see into some other rooms that were better lit. Also, our oven was on and wouldnโ€™t shut off so we had to unplug it. However, we would stay there again. It had a certain charm about it and the staff were great."

"Check in was easy and the person at the front desk was friendly. Our room was nice and comfortable, however, the sink became clogged right away. I called to see if it could be fixed, waited awhile, called again, 2 staff were sent over and claimed to fix it but after they left I washed my hands and it was clogged again. Fortunately we were only staying for 1 night and it was already late so we gave up and went to bed."

"Great pet friendly hotel. Continental breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean but bath tub needs updating( non skid strips with ground in dirt, which looks like from many years of use). Loved the Iris colored decor, even the lighting outside is purple!Could use more outlets on night stand - there are only 2 and we have iPhones and smart watches that needed to be charged. Mattress was comfortable as well as the pillows. The only real problem we found was that you could not watch any scheduled TV programs, just older shows. Thousands of channels to watch, but no local live news and unable to watch shows in the new fall lineup on CBS, NBC & ABC. Very frustrating trying to figure out controls. TV is a nice big flat screen ( looks to be about 65โ€) but you have to have an account for many of the channels with Netflix, Disney plus, Roku, Hulu,Apple TV , etc. just wanted to watch reg TV, not recent repeats or clips from older shows."
