"We had a really nice room with a washer/dryer that was so awesome for this point in our vacation. The fridge was stocked with a few drinks and the apartment was spacious and cool and really nicely furnished and maintained. The staff were helpful and the location was very close to public transportation and within walking distance of many sites."

"Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es gibt unglaublich viele Ablageflächen, sodass man Taschen nicht unbedingt auf den Boden stellen muss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit (danke für die Hilfe mit dem Möwen-Zwischenfall auf meiner Kleidung🙏☺️). Der kleine Shop im Eingangsbereich ist super für Souvenirs. Die Lage ist hervorragend und eine Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel sehr praktisch."

"I thought the staff was excellent. They were very helpful. The room I was in could have been cleaner. Watermarks were left in the bathroom sink. The rug was badly stained. The lighting wasn't the best and flickered on and off using the dimmer switch, so the lights had to be left "brightly" on. The bed was wonderful. The espresso machine was impossible to work. It came without directions, and I never got it to work. I did mention this to the staff and was told they had complaints about...

"Very nice stay for a couple of days. This hotel is on the higher end in comparison to other hotels in the area. However the amenities are great. The have a spa and a fitness center which I used a few times (very clean and up to date). The first floor is attached to a convention center so there is a lot of guests staying at hotel. There are also alot of restaurants attached to hotel. We tried the steak restaurant which was the best meal I had in Hamburg. Would definitely stay at hotel again."

"We stayed for three nights and had a very spacious room with a huge king-sized bed. The staff were really helpful printing out tickets and booking a taxi for us. Good breakfasts. We loved the swap a room clean for a free drink concept! Location was great for walking around the city - about 15 minutes for most places of interest."

"Room was clean and staff were nice. Rated to have AC but it did not have central/controllable cooling in each room so it had to be 80 at times. I spent much of my stay blinds closed and was still sweating. Otherwise, it was nice enough. Comparable to a decent holiday inn. A somewhat premium holiday inn."

"The hotel itself is great - everything you need for a good price. However, it is in an incredibly rough area of Hamburg & would warn against staying here for any female solo travellers. Felt very unsafe as soon as I left the building even though it was just a 10 min walk to the station."
