The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to all the main sights and near to the S1 station to/from the airport. The staff on reception were very efficient. The room was spacious, contemporary, comfortable and clean and had excellent amenities. We enjoyed great negronis from the bar compliments of our VIP Access. We’d definitely recommend this hotel.

This is just a lovely hotel. Super comfortable, beds great, beautiful situation, I felt Bally worked out the lights (duh) and that was me sorted. Would happily hang out there for days.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I slept like a dream. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I also really appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being so central. Overall, the attention to detail and quality of service made this a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay again!

From the minute, I arrived, the staff were very engaged, helpful and supportive. The taxi driver would not take a credit card for payment, which has never happened to me in Germany and the concierge didn’t miss a beat and just went out and paid for it so I could get settled into my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the people, the location in the overall layout of the hotel.
