This is a beautiful hotel- lovely rooms decorated with sophistication and high ceilings. Service was impeccable also in the Brasserie and Petit Tortue restaurants. Well situated for shopping and seeing the city.

This hotel is very cozy, yet quite cool. Lots of dining and bar options. Area around is convenient for waking and shopping. The room we had was great. Super high ceiling, very modern and comfy. Comfortable bedding. I’d stay here again.

Room was lovely with very high ceilings giving feeling of space. Hotel is very close to shopping area though the area is a bit devoid of atmosphere early morning, evening and night. Food and beverage is very expensive in the hotel and I do draw a line at 30 Euros for breakfast.

We liked the architecture of the building with a court space, the bronze turtle at the entrance and the shower space in the room. The brasserie where we dined overlooks the court and it was a good option during the summer. the breakfast area is also quite pleasant. The breakfast menu is a little heavy on the egg side and the cake choices in the vitrine were not promptly replenished when out of available slices.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Tortue. Von der Ankunft , dem Check-In bis zur Sauberkeit sowie der Ausstattung im Zimmer war alles top! Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Binnenalster und bei einigen Einkaufsläden, trotzdem war es im Hotel selbst ruhig. Ich würde das Tortue immer wieder zur Übernachtung in Hamburg wählen.
