"We have stayed here several times and the staff has always been great to deal with. The rooms could use some updating, primarily the toilet, shower and bed. We did receive an unexpected wake up call at 5 am which was unpleasant considering we arrived at 2 am. The staff did offer us breakfast, but we had other plans. The price for a bottle of water is greedy considering the temperature outside."

"The staff was friendly and breakfast was terrific. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was suppose to be heated. Usually, the room an indoor pool is in would be warm, but it was cold so I dont know if that is impacting the pool's temperature. Everything else was good, but the pool would have been a nice."

"The good: very reasonable price, we felt safe enough, it was convenient to Midway Airport (15 minutes by car, straight up Cicero), and there are lots of food options nearby. The bad: the room was full of dark hairs, long and short, all over (our family is all blond, no chance it was us). The chairs had long strips of fabric hanging from them. The bathroom door was dirty and didn't close. Even the door key they handed us was dirty. The room next door started a party at 9pm. At 5am someone...

"The listing said it was in Alsip. I clicked on the directions on Expedia and it took me to a completely different hotel that is now a baymont and I booked at a comfort inn. The actual booking is 45 minutes from the listing, in North Aurora. It is nowhere near the concert venue. My son and I had to drive an hour at midnight to get to the property. I would NEVER have booked this property based on the correct location. I absolutely deserve a refund, the listing is false."
