"I am honestly not one to leave reviews, but I had to because my fiancé and I had such an amazing experience with this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming from check in to check out. The area felt safe with a nice bar right across the street and a subway station conveniently steps away. The room felt clean and comfortable and there was not a ton of noise keeping us up. We both agreed that we would definitely stay here again if ever in NYC. Thanks for a great experience!"

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South. This was our first trip to New York, and it was a dream we’ve shared for a long time, so it meant a lot to us. The room was comfortable, and we loved it — it made our trip even better. We had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again. We’re already planning to come back in summer 2026!"

"It was our 2nd stay here. Clean, comfy and quiet rooms once more. Refrigerator, microwave and safe are a big win too. Subway station is opposite the hotel. Had a minor leak in the shower which was repaired within 5 minutes of notifying reception. The reception team was great with check-in, check-out and other needs. Will return again. "
