"One of the front desk agents was really helpful when we came across a problem with the deposit, he was very understanding and so was the rest of the staff, really loved the room amenities as well, rooftop bar was gorgeous. Honestly would go again."

"The room was indeed small, and not a lot of privacy when using the bathroom, so if you’re traveling with someone you don’t know that well, book 2 rooms. It was perfect for just my daughter and I. We felt very safe and the staff was welcoming and helpful."

"They let us check in at 11am instead of 4, which was really useful. Room was clean and comfortable. TV allowed streaming apps. Staff was friendly. I’d stay here again!"

"Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier. "

"I left my charger in the gym by accident and came back down with in 10minutes it was gone went downstairs and there was such a line for people to check in. THEY NEED MORE STAFF. But someone stealing a charger is completely unacceptable never staying there again security sucks!"
