We just arrived, so no breakfast yet. There is a cafe in the ground floor and the coffee is great. Everything is perfect so far.

We ended up staying here during a snow storm and the hotel staff was extremely prepared. They had the side walks and driveway completely cleared by early morning. The bartender was wonderful and the room itself was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

One nice thing about the property was that it was plugged into a larger mixed-use development, which meant that within the same structure there was access to a Crunch Fitness (not far from the front desk), a movie theatre, a pub and restaurant on site and plenty of other amenities in the surrounding area including a CVS pharmacy and local food stops. This made it ideal for getting a real workout done it the mornings and not feeling cooped up in the hotel room in the evening.

The size of the room was good. The beds were comfortable. The issues we have are: the lighting in the room and bathroom was poor; the chair did not roll, which made working at the desk very uncomfortable; the bathroom was small; the bathmat in the tub/shower was very slippery and dangerous; the door into the bathroom opened into the main part of the bathroom instead of towards the wall, which made going in and out, very awkward; there was no counter space in the bathroom; the handles on the faucet were very stiff and difficult to turn; not enough towel bars to hang up wet towels; and no glasses provided, only paper coffee cups. This hotel did not live up to the Hyatt Regency brand.

Toilet seat broken and kept sliding off. Shower drain didn’t work well so feet were covered in water. Staff were very friendly. Bar man did not pour beer very well. Way too much foam on one beer and acceptable foam on the other. It seems he has been doing his job for a while, so it tells me he just didn’t care.
