"Staff was awesome. Pool and grounds were nice. Tesla supercharger was great. Room and hotel take a good amount of wear and tear due to its proximity to universal. It’s nice but could really use some sprucing up. "

"The hotel was fine. The bed was hard as a rock. Ouch. A topper would really help. One restaurant serves only a Fire Bowl for dinner which is extremely limited as the single meal is full of allergens. The other restaurant is very limited as well. Otherwise, the conference area was nice, food was decent and rooms were spacious. "

"Great place to stay to see a Lakers game. The staff was great and very polite. Thecrooms are dated, but clean and accommodating. "

"the hotel is nice and I enjoyed my stay. The staff I interacted with were great. The building I was in on the 4th floor stank of old cigarette smoke. Additionally, there was a rattle coming from the bathroom for two nights before it was fixed, but the rattle started to come back on the day i left. Finally, the room was not restoked with waters each. I had to call and I think that should be standard. For the price, just not up to speed. "
