"The good things are the resort is really clean, staff are really friendly and helpful, different routes of shuttle bus are nonstop taking people around the resort, foods were excellent and well served with plenty of drink choice.
Bad things are we paid for our transfer in Toronto for airport to hotel in Punta Cana there was no receipt and advise where to pick up our transfer so we had REALLY a hard time to look for your transfer to the resort since locals hardly speak any English so did the staff in the resort.
Secondly, there was water leaking in the washroom. We also discovered that there were ants on our bed in the first room which made my wife and me couldn't sleep at all at the first night, furthermore there was no cold water for us either shower or bath tub, the water pressure was so slow which took 3 hours to fill half of the Jacuzzi, you needed another one hour to let the water in the Jacuzzi cooled down so that you can enter it, really frustrated indeed. You has to be a Hercules to open the glass door to the balcony.
We moved to another room for the rest of the trip but still there wasn't any cold water at all.
Conclusively, a slightly above average resort with good landscape, staff and food, not enough entertainment throughout the resort either day or night. Resort needed to be renovated in due course."
