"Room was beautiful, very European and chic. Carmenelli cafe is wonderful for breakfast and dinner, portrait is an extremely popular bar. Staff was very friendly.The view from our room was not very good."

"I will start with the positives: Clean, attractive and modern property. I prefer smaller properties such as Made Hotel. Nice cafe on the first floor. Central Manhattan location and good access to multiple subway lines. These were the things that were less than ideal: Small rooms and beds. Immediate neighborhood is so-so. Overall: I give it an okay rating especially for a short stay in Mid Town. We got a really good deal by pre-paying for our stay."

"This is our third stay at The Moore, and we have recommended it to others for its relaxed, urban vibe. We love the Chelsea location--you can walk to the High Line (about a half mile) and the Theater District (about a mile), you have a variety of restaurants to choose from, and the nearest subway is just a block away. "Lovely rooms and a comft bed. I had the the biggest room they have and it was bigger than I expected, with enough floor space for luggage and moving around with ease. Bathroom was a bit too small for my liking and the water pressure could have been stronger. Lovely girl who checked me in and out."

"Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful. The location was very central. All in all I was very satisfied with my stay. The room had two double beds as expected and a clean and modern bathroom. Some noise coming from outside occasionally but thats NYC. There was a small resturant area that served breakfast at an additional cost. Check out was 11am we were able to check out at 12 for no extra cost. 1 dollar fee per bag for storage. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
