"Laundry room is only 2 machines and busy. Drying function is really poor, clothes come out wet. Staff are amazing. Lack of shower door is a bad idea, splashes out. Service is excellent. Great location, easy access to many sites, shopping, restaurants. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here for four nights while in Kyoto. The location was great. Ideal for doing local shopping or jumping on the subway. It was also right in an area with a bunch of nightlife, which was cool to see, and didn’t have any negative impact on the area (Japan in general is very safe). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Rooms are clean and come with essentials like razors and toothbrushes and extra chargers. Vouchers for free breakfast buffet are given for every day of stay, and the food is good! One stop from Kyoto station so very convenient. Also walkable to nishiki market and major shopping. Staff was helpful with forwarding luggage to Tokyo. Would stay again "
