"Great place to stay! Especially because it’s walking distance from a train station. However if you are not an early bird like myself you’ll need to be up before 8 am to notify staff about room keeping if not you miss out."

"Overall, the hotel was an okay stay. The location was great, especially being close to Kyoto Station, and the amenities were excellent. However, there was a bad smell in the bedroom that took away from the experience. One of our purses was lost at the train station, and one of the staff members was extremely helpful in contacting the station and helping us locate it. We really appreciated their kindness and assistance."
