"The room I got was very good for the price. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities I wanted plus some extras, like they provided detergent for the washing machine. The location is nice (1 block away from a subway station) and the staff are efficient. The only thing I disliked is that they want you to leave your keys with the front desk whenever you leave the hotel, which is strange and could cause problems, but thankfully I avoided any such problems."

"Location is great walking distance to 7-eleven, Lawson, bus stops, restaurants and main streets. The hotel room (Signature Japanese Family room) was VERY spacious. The washing machines were on the same floor right outside of the room which was convenient. It takes only 100yen coins so make sure to have those handy. The machines wash and dry your clothes too.
