"Very nice property. Just a friendly suggestion that you should post it very clear how to access the WiFi and password. I think your receptionist gets very irritated by people asking him and so he comes across very rude which was my only negative experience at the Granvia. Other rooms that were traveling with me experienced the same rudeness. Other than that our stay was wonderful. Thank you Granvia for being a part of our great vacation."

"Clean rooms. Well appointed with coffee/tea/snacks and mini bar. Very relaxing. Restaurant was very good for dinner and traditional Japanese breakfast (NOT Western style if that is your hope) walkable to transit, convenience stores, restaurants and some traditional temple sites. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend! "

"Everything was amazing! First of all the design of every detail from the entrance, to the lobby, the rooms and the roof garden was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and endearing, as well as very adept with English. The location was ideal. The complementary laundry facility was a real bonus. The chef was also great! This was truly our home in Kyoto, and always a pleasure to return to after a busy day in town!"
