"とても満足です。フロントスタッフの方も丁寧でとても感じがよかったです。フリースペースも広くて、コーヒー紅茶などのフリードリンクがあり、使いやすかったです。部屋は最低限の広さですが、キレイです。タオル、部屋着、歯ブラシ、ドライヤーがあり、バストイレはついていません。お風呂は1階に大浴場(洗い場は4〜5くらい？)とシャワーブース5つくらいがありました。ひとつだけ…トイレが各階に男女別にあったんですが、個室が２つしかなく、この暑い中、冷房も効いておらず、ちょっとつらかったです。"

"Service absolutely above and beyond any expectations. My wife had an injury to her ankle while on vacation and the staff at this hotel went the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable and taken care of for several days while she healed up. They made calls to local clinics and gave us recommendations, provided a wheelchair, received and delivered amazon packages, made special accommodations at breakfast for her and provided us a late checkout to make sure we were comfortable.
