Staff was very friendly and helpful. Note it looks like a small takeout restaurant when you look in the door, but there is a wooden sign out front that says guesthouse in small letters. Each floor is a separate room. Good WiFi. Many small paid parking lots within a block of the property. Many restaurants nearby.

Staying at Sarangbang was quite great. The train stations, convenience store and some other stores are just walkable distance. The staffs were accommodating and the room was good enough for us to stay. Thank you!

Positive: 1. Easy access from kyoto station 2. Easy access to tourist spots 3. Nice ambiance 4. Supporting staff Negative: 1. For 5 people, 4 beds were not comfortable 2. Could not understand the reason, but room could not get warm enough in spite of 26-27 temperature

Nice big space with big beds. Great shower pressure. Close to transit, but not a lot of restaurant picks. You will be travelling to tourist sites. Very clean. No view.

Be careful -

Very nice owner, but it's more of a guest house. It was hard to check in, we had to wait while Hotels.com tracked him down as there is no reception. Also no parking at all even though the listing says there is. Nice room, nice place, again very nice guy once we tracked him down. This is a decent option but it's not as advertised.

家族旅行で初めて京都に行きました。ホテルの場所も分かりやすく、受付の方の対応もとっても良かったです。部屋も家族6人で泊まるのに十分な広さでした。テーブルもあったのでそれもよかったです。トイレとお風呂が一緒なのはわかっていたので、近くのスーパー銭湯に行ったので寝るためだけでしたので満足です。子供たちもお部屋に満足していました。 ありがとうございました！

家族向けにおすすめ

受付の方が大変良かった。22時受付終了の所30分遅延したが、嫌な顔ひとつせずに、笑顔で丁寧にご対応いただけた。近場の駐車場や、銭湯も教えて頂いた。 ただホテル前は大通りで駐車スペースがないので注意が必要。 4人で泊まりましたが、ベッド4台の前に畳で座れる広いスペースがあり快適でした。畳スペースには、机、化粧台もあり。 お風呂の前には脱衣所があり、トイレと別なのが良かった。また、脱衣所ではなく、部屋の化粧台で髪が乾かせるので、風呂を待たずに入れたのも良かった。 部屋も綺麗で良かったです。

전체적으로 깔끔한 편이었고 지하철역과 버스정류장, 란덴열차역이 근처에 있어서 편리했어요. 방상태도 괜찮았고 넓어서 좋았는데, 한가지 안좋은 점은 1층 식당에서인지 사장님이신지 여튼 1층 실내에서 누군가가 담배를 엄청 피워서 1층 전체와 엘레베이터, 숙소 방문앞까지 담배냄새가 가득한 점이에요.

Chung es un excelente anfitrión sin embargo, no limpiaban la habitación solamente cambiaban las toallas y nos pusieron papel de baño solo una vez la siguiente tuvimos que solicitarla, por el calor o no se porque aparecieron dos cucarachas en la habitación.
