Fantastic staff and hotel
We had 3 fantastic stays at the Riverte Kyoto Kamogawa. Very service minded staff that took good care of us from arriving to checkout. Room was spacious, nice and comfortable - and the hotel has a small rooftop terrace. Area is quiet and nice, but with a selection of amazing small restaurants close by. We will stay here again when we visit Kyoto.

This small hotel is perfect in every way. The room was surprisingly spacious relative to Japanese rooms, and the fall foliage from our balcony was lovely. But it was the sweetness of the staff that we will most remember. When an Uber failed to show, the manager came out and hailed a taxi for us. As we were leaving, I paused about a half block away to check Google maps; my wife noticed that the hotel staff that was seeing us of, remained outside to make sure that we were OK. What a lovely way to finish our visit to Japan!

We thoroughly enjoyed Hotel Riverte Kyoto Kamogawa. The room was so comfortable and very well appointed. The local beverages and snacks provided were thoughtful. Finally, we appreciate the staff who were especially welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

非常にスタッフが親切。朝ごはんも(外注)ゆっくり部屋で楽しめ 落ち着いた時間を過ごすことができました。 お部屋をグレードアップしてくださいました。 夕食は どこも満員なので予約を予めしておいた方が無難です。
