Short walking distance from lots of main shopping you find yourself doing in Japan and close to lots of popular shrines and temples by walk and bus as well. A tiny bit of a trek to the closest train station especially in the hot summer.. Facility was nice and clean, loved the complimentary coffee and tea and staff were very nice and helpful, especially with luggage forwarding.

A Pleasant Surprise!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. Reserved a triple room for 3 adult women. Ample space for us for several days. Housekeeping staff wqs very accommodating to our requests.

Great location. Very comfortable beds. The elevator took awhile and there was no stair access that we could find, but overall, we loved our stay and would recommend.

We were staying for a graduation, not site seeing but it is a good location to explore Kyoto from because easy reach to trains, plus it has a car park. if your a vegetarian, the breakfast is good and you can get veggie food very nearby

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was grateful that they had complimentary coffee and tea, toiletries and convenient vending machines. The rooms were comfortable and larger than most rooms that I stayed at in Japan, which I appreciated.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Could easily walk to the train and the bus stop was right up the block. We ended up walking a bunch, as there was so much within a mile or two from the hotel. Highly recommend.
