Fantastic location, literally across the street from Kyoto station with tons of shopping and dining in the area. Rooms were small for Americans but larger than some I have had in Japan. And really you're paying for the location.

Great location for getting around Kyoto straight across from Kyoto station and right next to Kyoto Tower . Friendly and helpful staff made check in and early bag drop an easy process. Rooms were decent size and clean with modern facilities and styling. Nice quiet hotel. Would definitley recommend for anyone looking as Kyoto for a base for day trips out to Osaka , Hiroshima and surrounds. Would be nice if they had an Onsen facility but for the pricing it’s hard to find fault with this hotel. Would happily stay again.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient since it's right across the street from Kyoto station, making transportation access very easy. Their's also a coffee shop and restaurant on the first floor. I highly recommend!

The staff are very courteous and helpful. The moment we arrived we felt like we are VIPs. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the location is conveniently located ( just 5 mins away from the beautiful Kyoto station). They also have luggage storage, allowing us to explore right away.
