Hotel is perfect to stay when you want to go around Kyoto. 4-min walk to Kyoto Station and Don Quijote and of course, Family Mart. Right in front of the hotel are popular small businesses like ramen place and the best curry.

Great location, close to major transport (5 minute walk to Kyoto station and 3 minute walk to Kujo station), great eateries close by, lots of convenience stores as well, the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. Very kind and helpful staff, although we had issues with room cleanliness. Seems like an older hotel that smelled of mildew with sticky restroom floors and damp carpet. The odor was tolerable after airing out the room.

Nice hotel walking distance from Kyoto station South exit. Just go straight and you will be there in less than 10 mins. There are two M’s hotel around the area so make sure you go to the right one. The other one is a bit further. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and there’s mall nearby. Overall was nice but our room is so dusty. Table side and the table. I can’t stop sneezing. There’s laundry facility in the hotel so it comes handy. Overall is good.
