Excellent apartment with everything you could need. We were a party of 4 and it was very spacious. 2 big double beds provided. Very quiet with extremely helpful staff. The washing machine and dryer came in super useful for us as well.

Older property - but it was clean, had a kitchen/dining room area. I bedroom with space (outside of bedroom) to lay down bedding on the tatami mats to have people sleep on the floor. Enough room for the 5 of us. Close enough to the Kyoto Train station - and next to Aeon Mall.

It's such a homey holiday apartment, my family of 2 adults and 2 children had a great time staying there. Nicely sized apartment with good air circulation, windows and aircon. Location is very convenient with Kyoto Station within 5mins walk and AEON mall just next door - travelling around with family is great. This is our second stay at this wonderful establishment. The staff is the best I have come across and the apart hotel room is spacious, clean, and makes my family and I feel like a local. And to top it off, 1 block from Kyoto Station and plenty of food and shopping choices all around. Can’t wait to return to Kyoto and book here again and again.
