"WE have stayed at the Star before, and it will be our go-to place when we come to Sydney. The greatest thing about the place is access to public transport. This means we don't have to hire a car. One thing we didn't like about our stay was the Rumble restaurant. It was not good service, the food was terrible, and it took a long time for the meals to arrive. We won't be going to that restaurant again. It can get packed with people most time, which is a bit overwhelming. Overall, we love...

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...

"We chose this hotel as it was close to Capitol Theatre. It was a perfect choice, the staff were incredibly helpful, the restaurants and bar were great for a pre-theatre treat and there were lots of amenities nice and close. The decor was lovely and we really enjoyed putting the old school record player on in our room while we got ready to go out. The amenities in the room were gorgeous, the bed comfy and room was quiet. "
