Hotels with FREE Parking in Kuala Kangsar

"A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies from the receptionist."

The room and the bathroom is very big and spacious. 4) Lot's of food choices around the area. And the convenience store is also nearby. Shopping mall Ipoh Parade also quite near. My family including me really liked this place and will definitely come back here."
