"We had a fantastic stay! Our room was perfect, the staff were lovely and the customer service was top notch. Breakfast was fab, we especially loved the scrambled eggs. My only negative was the Air Con. We were very lucky to be blessed with some beautiful weather during our stay but the heat in the room was unbearable and we both struggled to sleep. We could hardly feel the Air Con and it definitely did not help to cool our room down. If this was sorted then it would of been a 5* stay. Thank you...

"We arrived before our check in time, but the room was ready and we were allowed to go in early. The room was lovely, very clean and looked as though it had been recently refurbished. The reception staff were all really friendly and helpful, even offered to let us extend our departure from 12:00 until 1:00. We would definitely stay again when having time in London again."

"Trip to London with my partner to see a show at the Coliseum. Hotel was easy to get to from Stansted airport with Liverpool street station so close. Hotel is good overall but the bathroom needs an upgrade especially the shower area. The beds were super comfy and we slept very well. Would stay again."
