"Great location, easy check in/out, no coffee in the (non-suite) rooms and you have to buy it in the lobby which is a bit of a pain, especially if the barista is on break when you get downstairs. Rooms are small, but efficient and tidy. Perfect for a solo traveler. "

"Very clean room, amazing staff! They were extremely polite and quick to check in! The cleaning staff was great and friendly and everyone there seemed to enjoy their jobs which makes for a great environment! Will definitely stay again, the only downside is parking which is out of their control. I highly recommend staying and getting a room with a view! "

"Upon arrival we had to wait 4 and a half hour before our room was ready. We from Chicago and was very tired just ready to reset. Once we got to the room it was very small. The bathroom tub was nasty it had hair in it from the previous visitors. No one came to pick up trash that we placed outside the door. The toilet and the sink was not clean at all. "We loved our stay at the CitizenM. The biggest draw before coming was the huge common space downstairs. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with our 5 year old and he had space to play and watch some TV (because most people around us were always working from the area) Jose at the coffee/bar was always super friendly and helpful...Mally (spelling) was so helpful with our room and just a friendly face throughout our stay.
