"Increíble habitación para quienes queremos estar hospedados enfrente de Estudios Universal Japón . Habitación muy amplia donde pudimos hospedarnos los 4 integrantes de la familia, decoración hermosa , con muchas amenidades para consentir a los huéspedes , vistas increíbles , onsen y restaurante , facilidad de check in temprano con un bajo costo extra , nos encantó !! Sin duda vamos a volver en una próxima ocasión . "

"We were very impressed by this hotel from the moment we arrived. The area was so clean, the entrance beautiful with Christmas lights. The staff were very friendly and the hotel lobby had many complimentary amenities, including Starbucks coffee which made mornings super easy. The room was so big and nice. The bathroom was huge and very luxurious to have a bath. We loved our stay, it was very close to the station and surrounding shops and Dotonbori. We will definitely be back."

The staff was still helpful and it went smoothly. It is a very close walk to the subway lines so it was a very convenient location. Overall it was a great value and would definitely book again!"
