"It is a beautiful hotel and has a nice view. But the staff there were not very nice at all. We didn't ask them any more questions. The way from the room to the lobby was very far and we didn't call for a car to come after us. They kept telling us to go outside and it would come right away. We stood there in the heat for a quarter of an hour and a half, but the car didn't come. We went up three more floors to call to see if the car would come. It still didn't come, so we walked. "Room was gorgeous and exceeded all our expectations. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Location of it being away from the main area of phi phi is amazing - so much less crowded and so peaceful. It is a hike to the main town - about 30 minutes, so be prepared for that if you plan on doing anything near the pier. The private beach was amazing! "
