For a luxury accomumodation I would expect more. The overall location of the property is beautiful however the staff could have been more helpful especially the reception as they are long to answer and accommodate your needs

PP Princess Pool Villa
Somebody was at the ferry port to assist us to the lobby. Check in was quick, Villa was beautiful. But Mosquitoes were everywhere. We found other bugs in our bedroom. Andakiri Pool Villa Panoramic Sea View
Staff were very friendly and helpful. I am coeliac and the chefs were more than happy to cook special food that was safe for me to eat. The view from our room and the pool was amazing.
